Terrible customer service. This place will rip you off. An estimate is an estimate even if the work is done in 1/2 the time the overcharge and hide behind an estimate that was "agreed to" before the work could begin. I would recommend a local body shop or anyone other than these guys.

Bait and Switch! – I phoned and told the person answering the phone what my issue was re: framing repair needs in detail. She told me it was $15.00 for an estimate. When I got there, it turned out to be $35.00 for an estimate. And the $15.00 for an estimate was something else - some other minor inspection. Nasty Customer Service – The receptionist is a top notch WITCH...My husband dropped my car off for repairs and was informed that we could pay over the phone so we could pick up the car after hours..When I called to pay over the phone the WITCH refused to allow me to pay for my OWN car which is registered in my name..She was very unprofessional, rude and down right being a B#%&H...When my husband called back she told him that she didn't know who I was ..Hello!! BE ADVISED - these people will rip you off if you're not careful. A close family member took his vehicle in for an alignment. They put it on the rack, told him that they couldn't do the work and then charged him $70! HUH??? These guys are supposed to be the best in the business yet they couldn't do an alignment on his vehicle? Give me a break! Couldn't or wouldn't??
