Harold is the best! He is the only repairman that I know of that tries to troubleshoot your problem on the phone prior to coming out. More than once we have been able to make our own repairs, thanks to Harold. However, this was not the case with our most recent repair of our dishwasher. Harold came out sooner than we had anticipated, found the problem, ordered the part, and promptly came back to complete the repair. Harold is a very pleasant, fair business man. We highly recommend Harold and his appliance repair business.
