Unbelievable I called Harold Zeigler Ford around 5:15pm on Friday to inquire about a couple of vehicles I was interested in test driving. I asked for a salesman that seemed to be very highly recommended among the general public to enhance my overall experience with the company. Great cars, but salesmen could stand some personality Well overall they have great vehicles. They car both Fords and Chrysler. So they have cornered that market in the Plainwell and Otsego area. Here is the downside. You have to be very careful. They are very good at putting things in the fine print to burn you and rip you off. This was what had almost happened to myself when I was in the market for a car. Please just be careful.
Harold Zeigler, Plainwell MI We purchased our 2002 Dodge Caravan here and have it serviced there regularly. Their service is reliable and pricing is competitive. They offer a nice customer lounge with television and play area for your children to wait while your repairs are being completed, or they will drive you a local establishment (grocery, movies, restaurant) and pick you up. Their staff is very friendly and the dealership is clean. We are very pleased with this dealership.
