Dr. Harold is friendly, prompt, understanding and willing to discuss options to make the treatment match your needs. I am very comfortable discussing health details with her and highly recommend her services.
Condescending attitude. To the point of being flippant in her remarks. Not helpful and made me feel afraid to ask her a question. Has made remarks about other patients to me such as, "how dare people come in here with numbers like that! "
Dr Harold is such a wonderful doctor! She worked with me and improved my diabetes and made me a healthier person, thank you so much!
Dr. Harold may be a very good doctor, BUT it was clear both times I've seen her now that she was in a hurry. I get that... I don't, however, expect for my doctor to act annoyed or seem as though she discourages questions, which was very much the vibe I received. I am only 30 years old, and have had some pretty crazy health symptoms lately, which are very uncomfortable; an empathetic word or gesture would have meant the world. It literally was not until I cried that she changed up her tone a bit.
Dr. Harold basically saved my life / increased the quality of my life / and increased the # of years I'll live. She diagnosed Acromegaly very early when several other doctors could not figure out what was happening. To the other doctors benefit, my symptoms had become much worse by the time I saw Dr. Harold, I am in no way blaming them.
