This medical office is always on schedule. The care from Dr Harold and her team has provided the necessary improvements to lengthen my life if I am willing to follow instructions. She shows compassion and is realistic about providing affordable medical advice.

I called 6 weeks in advance and asked for Dr Wietecha, and in walks this woman who stood by the door with her arms crossed telling me she’s been doing this for 20 yrs like I care, this was my appointment not hers. She stayed a total of 5-7 minutes didn’t check anything on me absolutely nothing! She is uncaring, cold and thinks she’s better then anybody else well she’s not. Dr. Harold lacks a warm personality and soft skills, and honestly I didn’t feel her medical skills made up for that. She is very condescending when answering questions, will make you feel stupid and insignificant when you voice some concerns or problems you are experiencing, and is overall just an unpleasant human being. The office staff is very unfriendly. Don’t try to get through on the phone. You won’t be able to. Dr Harold is great. I love going to her but I have to switch. I recently went to her for nodule on my thyroid she took a piece off and sent it out for testing. My insurance only allows certain drs. Instead of sending it out to a dr in my list, they sent to someone not on my list. Now I’m stuck with a $500 bill with this other dr. She might have to a of money and could afford this. I would not be here if it wasn’t for Dr Harold. She did not give up on me. She was was open and spent time with me in office and on the phone.

Terrible staff. This how you run a MEDICAL office? Close down for 1 1/2 hours and then no one answers the phone?

So rude. Inconsiderate. She needs to stop being so condescending. Will never pay for a doctor like her who thinks that I don't know my OWN BODY. Please put your arrogance away and be empathetic to your patients. Thanks.

Very arrogant and does not take her time. She gives you about two and a half minutes of her time!

The issue we had was not with the staff, they were great. Our problem was with the bedside manner of the nurse practicioner and the doctor. We felt like we was looked down upon and I saw Dr Harold roll her eyes several times and bounce her head. This was a bad first impression of her.
