Seriously Sat for 10 minutes at the bar all the bartenders saw us and ignored us...then their friends walk up and she gets them drinks...right in front of us!! We left!!!

Visited for the first time today! Big place, great atmosphere, good food and friendly service! Taylor was great, always smiling and very patient. We didn't have to wait for anything... Happy Hour from 2 to 6 has great specials too!!! Will be back again! Update: came here for 2nd time today. Waitress today was a total Bitch and extremely rude... Hate to say this, because I do love Harold's...but everytime my two kids (ages 22 and 24), go to Harold's without us, they never get any service. They are clean cut, great kids...so what's the problem?

Love the atmosphere, the music and the drinks. However, never got to try the food an account of the WORST service EVER. Think I'll be headed to the Horny Toad to grab some grubb. I've never had a waitress complain about having a 15 top that was ready to throw down. Your loss!
