In the 1930s, a man with the unlikely name of Johnny Walker built a bar called the Cave Creek Corral. Walker’s creation was an instant sensation with cowboys, playboys, politicians and laborers who gathered to drink A-1 beers at wooden tables under wanted posters.Harold Gavagan and his wife Ruth bought the Cave Creek Corral in the mid 1950s. I wish there was an option to have no stars!! We were regulars for a long long time and live down the road! We just had 3 and a half hours of pure disgust! We had a group of 12 with reservations like we always do. We didn't get a waitress for over 30 minutes and after ordering 30 minutes later they come out and say no more prime rib.....I understand this happens but what followed was an absolute circus.
