Dr. Holm was pretty nice; however, I spent THREE HOURS waiting for him to show up in the exam room. I was extremely late for work and I left in tears. A few hygienists seemed nice enough, but had horrific bedside manner. One of the hygienists actually told me I would die without my teeth. Cool! I switched dentists immediately and haven't looked back. If you're looking for an excellent dentist with great staff, I recommend Dr. Kautsky on the Eastside.
