RecommendedVery kind, awesome nurses, pre & post op, nurse anesthetists, anesthesiologists, etc for my outpatient surgery yesterday. They made everything calm & comfortable, yet fast and easy going. Had an awesome team!
RecommendedThe entire staff while I was there were amazing. I broke my ankle in 5 places and had surgery nine bolts and one metal plate, they made prepping for surgery and recovery surprisingly enjoyable. My daughter has also had a few surgeries there and they treated her like a little queen. She would always leave with suckers and/or a teddy bear with balloons.
Rude, will allow people to go in before you that came later just because they know them. I had severe abdominal pain due to diverticulitis and was puking in the floor. They took a kid back with a rash who came in an hour after me.
The employees are very rude and disrespectful to the patients and the Human Resources people are even worse they Don’t care about anyone all they want is the money bunch of selfish people and heartless people

RecommendedMy husband was in the ER yesterday and was very promptly seen. All required tests were performed within the first 30 minutes he was there, including a CT. He was treated and discharged as soon as diagnosis was confirmed. Nurses and Lab folks were courteous and professional. Would go there again if required.
RecommendedMy wife and I want to thank everyone from labor and delivery for such great care! They made sure my wife was comfortable during her labor and throughout her entire stay! They also took great care of our brand new baby girl!
Me and my husband was just there for 3 hours. He has an infection in his toe. She gave him a round of antibiotics through IV that will supposedly clear it up. The pain med they gave him didn’t work. They didn’t ask if the pain was easing up. Did a X-ray and blood work and didn’t tell us the results. Nor did we get discharge papers. And when asked about what to do for pain got told idk what to tell u. Just when I thought RGH was worse, apparently they both suck!

We are so blessed to have a hospital in Whitesburg that strives to teach good health habits and practices!
