Dr. Schwartz is possibly the best Gastroenterologist I have ever had, which is a shame because his staff is utterly incompetent; At best his prescriptions come in the day I run out of pills, and the longest it's taken to refill has been over a week after the last pill has been taken.
I understand that offices are hectic, doctors are busy, and there is not enough time in the day to see everyone, but I have rarely dealt with an office as unprofessional and disrespectful as this disgrace to the medical field called a 'doctor's office.' The first time I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Schwartz I had to wait over a month to meet with him. Awful. Denied care due to outstanding balance from previous hospitalization.
Not happy with Doctor Schwartz at all. He never calls you back. Called his office 6 times for my results and most of the time you get a answering machine. Finally when they got back to me it was his assistant you gave me wrong information. Then I'm told I have to go for a special MRI in 3 months. Been trying to set that appointment up for two weeks but same as before you call and just get a answering machine and when I got threw they told me the Doctor not available for a week. just great.
Awesome doctor!!!! Very caring and knows what he is doing!
