Hands down--- the BEST service in ALL of the area, and probably the most customer-friendly jewelry store I have visited. I am so happy with my Shinola watch and even happier that I was able to patronize a local, family-owned establishment.

Great people to work with! They treat you more like family then a customer. I had to bring back my engagement ring to be sized and I thought the process would take days, instead the salesman took care of it right away! I couldn't believe it, he had it ready for me the same day. The gentleman that actually did the work on it brought it out himself to make sure it was perfect. Great customer service!
