Not happy with these people. After spending $29,000 csh on a used truck I have yet to receive the spare. When I bought the truck 4 month ago, the salesman told me there was a spare key, they just had to get it from the previous owner. 4 months later and I still don’t have the key. Everytime I go up there, its the same excuse, they claim they cant get a hold of the guy. I have been dealing with Gwatney Chevrolet for over 8 years and have always received nothing but the highest respect. I bought my car at Gwatney Jacksonville and I drive 75 miles one way to have my car serviced. Service Department is outstanding.

I was unfortunate enough to trust their Corvette guy, I was given a clean car fax during negotiations to buy the car first. After spending $70k on the thing and signing a contract on what I thought was a good vehicle, nope. A month later I had another dealership do some minor checks and low and behold they ran another car fax and their was an accident reported 3 months before I purchased the damn thing but jUst so happened to not show on their car fax they ran. The convenience of that is uncanny. Don't trust these guys.
