Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

An unusually insightful and knowledgeable D.O., broadly trained in many disciplines and a scholar as well. My appointments never get canceled last minute; they take time to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Dr Goodman is in no way arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. His office assistant is friendly, welcoming & intelligent. They are warm and professional. He has helped me and my young daughter in myriad ways.
