Dr. Cesar is by far an outstanding podiatrist I struggled for over a year with a stubborn ulcer on my right foot I had went to one of the leading wound centers in Jacksonville and after a period of six months of trying to healed wound got discouraged and call Dr Cesar after 6 weeks he had completely healed ulcer I highly recommend dr. dr cesar and his staff are very welcoming to new clients his bed side manner is the best I have seen in dr. I would recommend him to any help with feet or ankle issues thanks for all you did for me
