Smear campaign at it's finest. I'm not so sure this guy is even a real doctor at all. Literally the first person in over 10 years I've heard say that cannabis is addictive. Sir, it's been proven that coffee is more addictive than cannabis. Perhaps he got his doctorate during the reefer madness propaganda days and just directly applied that to his medical practices.
