My husband and I test drove a Honda Ridgeline and then negotiated to buy the vehicle. When we were ready to buy the truck, the salesman could not come up with the title. He said it was tied up at Pen DOT and he would call us when he got it. We spent a whole day and even paid to get a Maryand inspection done on the vehicle before buying it.
