Katie, Briana, Katarina and Sara L. are the most amazing front office staff I've ever - and I mean ever - had the pleasure of meeting. They're patient, always kind and smiling, and extremely helpful (even when I have to reschedule my child's appointment ... for the 5th time.) This ortho office is by far the best in the local area! I couldn't ask for better service, a nicer environment, and a warmer staff. (Dr. Harner and all the dental techs are equally awesome.) This experience was so wonderful, due to the extensive knowledge and care that Dr. Harner and his staff took with my daughter. They always made her feel valued and she actually looked forward to all the appointments! Her braces came off after 2 years today and she looks like a million bucks!
Beyond happy with the personal care and kindness Dr. Harner showed our daughter and son. Entire staff is remarkably friendly and very welcoming. 5 star treatment each visit.
