I had an urgent issue with a very full septic tank in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday. I called Harmor and ended up speaking to Alex who was very helpful and was able to get a pump truck out to my place to pump out the tank. The pump truck arrived within an hour or so. Lewis the pump truck driver was very friendly and got stuck into pumping out the tank. However, when the tank was pumped out there was still a blockage. Absolutely brilliant. We were suffering from slow drainage with our septic system. Harmor were brilliant. Phone staff were very helpful and Lewis was amazing. Not only did he explain everything about how our spetic worked, he also answered all my stupid questions. Super friendly and knowledgeable. He drained our full septic tank and cleared a blockage at the inlet. Very happy with the service and highly recommend. Thank you!

Melanie went over and beyond for me as she could tell how stressed I was about my blocked septic on Bank Holiday Monday 7th October 2024. Brodie pumped out my septic tank and wouldn’t leave before seeing if it fixed the 2 blocked toilets inside. My toilets worked perfectly after the pump out. Thank you 🤩
