Terrible customer service. I placed an order and paid $29 for the flowers to get delivered between 10am-12pm. At 12pm, they still hadn’t been delivered so I called the phone number. The most unenthusiastic operator, Bruno, answered the phone. He said there were a lot of deliveries that day and he had to call the driver and would call me back. I always love to give business to local shops. I was searching online for local Flower shops, I found Harmony’s Flower-shop which is local family owned flower shop. Since i am not good with flowers, I asked them to help me out with my choice. They were so polite, respectful and caring. They do have a lot of pride and love for whatever they do. My partner loved it so much. I recommend this shop to all my friends and families . 😊😊😊😊
TLDR: Bad value. Borderline false advertisement. And bad service. Placed an order a week in advance for Valentine's, and when I came to pick up the flowers, they didn't even have my stuff. But that's not even what irritated me. The guy putting my arrangements together had so much attitude, and when he went to grab the flowers he just threw them on the counter. I recently ordered a bouquet and I couldn’t be happier! The flowers were incredibly fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. The attention to detail was amazing, and the arrangement looked even better in person than in the pictures. It lasted over a week, which speaks volumes about the quality. Highly recommend!
