The doctor provided excellent service, no doubt. However, we are very unhappy with how the appointment was handled. When we booked the appointment, we were asked for the reason, and we clearly entered “4-month vaccinations.” After we were taken to the counselling room, the doctor informed us that she does not do vaccinations and that a nurse would. I’ve been seeing Dr. Howie for years, and he has consistently impressed me with his direct approach and easy-going demeanor. Our visits are always pleasant, and I feel heard and understood. He resolves all my health issues quickly, and if a referral is necessary, it goes smoothly without any complications. I also want to highlight the fantastic staff at his office—they’re always friendly and professional, and they even get my name right, which is a nice touch! Thank you, Dr. Howie and team, for providing such excellent care!
Absolutely love this clinic! Truly a family practice. Everyone here is so warm and welcoming, from the front desk to the doctors and of course the manager. The place is super clean and has a comfortable nice vibe. I always leave feeling well taken care of!!
