Dr Howie is amazing, he's been my family doctor for 20 years. He is very skilled at a broad range of medicine, kind and compassionate. Very grateful to be one of his patients.
The doctor provided excellent service, no doubt. However, we are very unhappy with how the appointment was handled. When we booked the appointment, we were asked for the reason, and we clearly entered “4-month vaccinations.” After we were taken to the counselling room, the doctor informed us that she does not do vaccinations and that a nurse would.
