Had an issue with a therapist to the point that I went and found a psychologist outside of the harmony group. I stayed with the psychiatrist and she is really great and the best I’ve had to date but the company itself makes you feel like they are just pushing cattle through. They tried to charge me a no show fee for a Telehealth visit that wouldn’t connect, I called in and spoke to a rep that said they would mark the account that it wasn’t my fault. They canceled my appointments at the last moment. Was doing better than they got rid of my therapist that was helping me and they just let him go without having a replacement. Now I am in limbo after finally feeling better. Don't think the company cares about the patients. Heartbroken.
I felt very comfortable with Carmalisa. Very happy with our session
