Marcia Spencer is very easy to talk with. She is, kind, compassionate and understanding. The staff that answers the phones are all very nice. One in particularJennifer R., went above and beyond getting something corrected for us.

Dr. Spencer is incredibly rude. I just moved to the area and had scheduled a routine appointment with Dr. Spencer. When I went to my first appointment, I signed an ROI so she could verify that I am prescribed a particular regimen of medications. She failed to reach out to the practice where I used to receive care and then lambasted me at the following appointment when I requested that she not take me off a controlled substance without titrating, as it is incredibly dangerous to do so. Had an issue with a therapist to the point that I went and found a psychologist outside of the harmony group. I stayed with the psychiatrist and she is really great and the best I’ve had to date but the company itself makes you feel like they are just pushing cattle through. They tried to charge me a no show fee for a Telehealth visit that wouldn’t connect, I called in and spoke to a rep that said they would mark the account that it wasn’t my fault. They canceled my appointments at the last moment. Was doing better than they got rid of my therapist that was helping me and they just let him go without having a replacement. Now I am in limbo after finally feeling better. Don't think the company cares about the patients. Heartbroken.
