I give 1 star! I deleted my 5 star review because my psychiatrist is no longer with the ft.myers location! I don't think anyone is there? I have called numerous times to get my medication sent to my pharmacy. This medication was prescribed by Dr P.Sobolewski who is no longer there. I tried the telemed video appointment today but my phone would not let me into the video appointment and I don't know anything about fixing it. I was discriminated against, declined as a patient, when my provider left harmony, and now they won't even call in refills so that I have time to find another doctor outside of Harmony. Refuse to release the deposit they took. This is textbook patient abandonment. As of last week this location doesn't even have a provider. So they will send you to a telemed visit with a doctor in Tallahassee, who will tell you he won't treat you because he can't see you in person... Save yourself time, these people don't care about your ment... read more
Do not go here if you value your mental health and recieving effective treatment from someone that cares. You can't reach anyone but an overseas call center that does not effectively relay your messages to your "provider". Got a message the nurse practitioner I had been seeing left the practice. Doctor signed in to the call, with his face screwed up like he smelled something bad, obviously upset word for word "uhh why am I seeing you?" as I told him I was in crisis for the recent passing of my father he screwed his face up f... read more
