This place is actually one of the least educated and most frustrating offices I’ve ever worked with. I understand that my request was different from the normal ones they may receive on a day to day basis but I provided the office with detailed and extremely specific instructions on what I needed and who I needed to see for my Federal Aviation Administration clearance. Great support in telemedicine
My nurse practitioner was wonderful. The company however, will try to charge you a lot of out of pocket expenses. I was sent for blood work they tried to charge me almost $500 for. They were trying to set me up for a in person test that would have cost an additional $200. Harmony is a large company that cares more about my ability to pay more then they care about me as a patient.
