Owner needs to be training his employees. Bowl isn’t full, thrown together, options for ingredients were lacking. Other staff screwing around in the back. Last time I was there some girls hair was in her face and she kept throwing her head back to keep the hair out of her eyes. Very unsanitary. We have been going there for a long time but it’s really getting bad. They need a revamp of hard working employees.
No food dye in the drinks and good selection. The beverages are sweet, so if you're looking for a healthy option be sure to ask about the amount of sweetener in your drink. This was a good place to meet a few friends and study. There was 90 minutes of wifi available.
Totally a waste of time and money. I waited about 15 minutes even though another employee was available, but no one helped me. When I finally ordered a Daniel Bowl, I asked to remove some ingredients and change one syrup. Despite that, they added extra items without asking. The worst part was the almond butter. It’s an extra charge, but they automatically added it without confirming. By the time I saw it, it was already mixed into the bowl and couldn’t be removed. Love this place to death, but can't wholeheartedly endorse it right now. The drinks, staff and vibes of the place are all excellent. The staffING is a big problem, however. Only having 2 staff in the shop, with one up front, with that staff member being responsible for both drink orders AND bowls guarantees ordering being a slog if anyone in front of you is ordering a bowl.
