Great spa – Last time I went to a spa on the Upper West Side to get a brazilian I had a very bad experience and ended up at the hospital. The nurses that worked there recommended Harmony Skin Care and I'm SO glad I took their advice! The place was very clean (strict no double-dipping policy!) with relaxing music and the owner was very nice and always made sure that I was comfortable. I must say it was the less painful wax I have ever gotten in my life and it is from now on the only spa I will go to!

Excellent Facial – I followed my long time facialist, Iwona Pezacka to Harmony last year. Iwona has been doing my facials and waxing for the past 4 years. When I first started seeing her I had terrible breakouts - she taught me how to improve my diet and skin care regime and my skin cleared dramatically within months. Would recommend it – This is a new place,a little more than one year in the business. I had a facial with Aleta and talked with Alicia and loved it. I think that the Polish plp have the niche of the facial market. They are the best in my opinion! Aleta paid a lot of attention to my skin, made me feel comfortable and pampered. It's a great spot to pop in for a mani/pedi. – I've been looking for a good salon in the neighborhood and I finally found one. Harmony Skin Care is fantastic. It's where I get all of my wax jobs done. Alicia is very knowledgeable and really listens to what your issues are and is able to focus on them. The prices are reasonable and the place is very clean. My new favorite spa – I got a great vibe from this place from the moment I walked in - it's so peaceful, cozy and tasteful, but what really really won me over was the warmness of the owner, Alicia, who did my facial. She's so professional but also caring and down-to-earth at the same time, I felt like I was at home. I felt so taken care of and the facial was excellent – Alicia was the owner and she did my facial, she was the sweetest most attentive women. I was pampered and well taken care of. She did lots of extractions which is what I need and so much more. I purchased a groupon promo which was 40% off the regular price. Amazing!!

Poor Customer Service – I had heard positive things about this place which is why I was excited when my friends bought me a gift certificate for a massage. Sadly, I have nothing but regrets since interacting with them. I would not recommend a massage at Harmony because they do not have therapists on weekends. Best Brazilian wax – I work in the neighborhood and visited Harmony for the first time this past week because I was in need of a Brazilian wax. The salon was very nicely decorated and gave me a serene feel when I entered, so that was a good sign. Then Alicja did my waxing and she did an amazing job! Best new discovery – This is my first time at Harmony Skin Care and I was ready to experience something different. A friend recommended this place. And then I came and met Alicja, one of the most fantastic women in the business. The place is absolutely amazing.
