Justice here is a fantasy. If something breaks, fix it yourself it’s faster. Contact management, and you’d think you were asking for a personal favor coming out of someone’s paycheck. Weeks of “we’re investigating,” “we’ll follow up,” and “thank you for your patience” sound nice ,until you realize it’s code for nothing’s getting fixed anytime soon.

Renter beware. There are plenty of other options better than Harmony to live for less money and hassle. Hard pass - we are not wasting any more with a bad business.

I was a previous resident for years. The new staff running the office is disrespectful and mean. They don’t answer requests or questions sent directly. The correct person who should be able to help is never available. The stairwells are filthy, personal property is not kept safe, and again, the staff that run it are the main reason I left. Maintenance requests go unanswered and then they bill you for the issue upon moving out when it should’ve been fixed and working the whole time living there.
