I recently moved into Harmony Ridge Apartments and I love all the nature around the property. There is a playground for my kids literally 100 yards from my apartment, there is a walking path across the street at St. Charles Community College where my kids ride their bikes, there is also a beautiful lake surrounded by the Dardenne Greenway trail that we use for walking and biking-it goes all the way to Legacy Park in downtown Cottleville.
The application process was so difficult and invasive. They required 3x rent which we easily made, ESA and vet records, scans of our social security numbers, IDs, Pay stubs, credit check, background check. The list just kept getting longer and longer. The application process was difficult; their web site is broken and there is no way to actually pay for your fees on the website (dumb). The application fee was extremely confusing. My wife and I are still waiting for our deposit refund with a correctly issued check since moving out at the beginning of October. The manager at Harmony Ridge was supposed to handle it after we experienced numerous administrative issues, but she left her position without resolving the situation or notifying anyone. According to Missouri law, we are now entitled to double the original amount due to the delay.
