These people have not answered the phone in about 10+ attempts.
Incredibly unprofessional. We booked a showing with Renee, and she stood us up without so much as a phone call or a text. Waited there for over half an hour before we left. She finally got ahold of us over a day later and said she "could have made it but she forgot." So we decided to be generous and forgive her, schedule another showing with her and this time she FORGOT AGAIN, double booked the showing with another group, and stood us both up without any communication! Owners are Weirdos both the wife and the husband. I found them very Unneighborly for Durango. But aren't all "property managers" off a bit? Who wakes up everyday wanting to manage someone else's HOA, yuck. I concur Renee is a non-existent communicator. I found Mike no better. Strange Folk. Mike's from St. Louis, might explain. Shoulda stayed in Missoura.
Wonderful local and family run business. They are extremely attentive and easy to work with. Also very responsive to maintenance requests.
