Are you ever open?
I asked to get my receipt twice and the receptionist said they were going to mail it however it seems like they're incompetent because i had to go in person in order to get it because i never recieved it in the mail. And the receptionist said it will take 10 minutes... They were not busy and also there were three people working at the front desk seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. Once I got my receipt the guy was being snarky about me having my receipt like he was upset about it.
