We came here for the first time in April. My son is 8 and we were hoping to find someone close to home. He had tooth pain in March and April was as soon as we could get in. The tooth pain subsided (thankfully) by his April appointment. We get there, the dentist looked in his mouth, for maybe all of 5 minutes, was very rough, and frankly not very kind for being a PEDIATRIC dentist. I started taking my 3 children here when we moved to Sandy 6 years ago. I chose a pediatric dentist in hopes that they would have a positive experience with Dentists. I took them in every 6 months for regular cleanings. My youngest has sucked her thumb her whole life and there are some issues with her teeth due to that and we were working on a treatment plan for that. My daughter goes to both locations (Gresham and Sandy) and has had wonderful experiences. Staff is friendly, informative and helpful with suggestions and recommendations. Reading some of the bad reviews is disheartening and makes you wonder what type of vibe the customers come in with to get such “bad service”Customer service is a tough job and you can’t win over all the Karen’s of the world. If you were annoyed immediately everytime why would you keep going back?! Seems odd. Keep it up Harmony Pediatric Dentistry!
Always a good experience here. Staff is friendly and helpful. My kids have always felt comfortable and at ease here.
