Harmony Park is fantastic and I am sad to be leaving after 4 years. I was in a 1 bedroom unit. The units are cozy and spacious with plenty of storage room in the attic. The bedroom easily accommodated my king size bed. I loved that they have washer and dryer connections in their own laundry room! Any time I had any issues (they were minimal and regular maintenance sort of things) I was promptly responded to. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I find that the management team is completely lost. No maintenance person to make repairs that was made over 2 months ago. Online payment system doesn’t apply payments made in advance. Wish I could give it a 0 Star rating.
I made the application to rent an apartment on 5/18/23 but I never had an answer and the worst thing is that nobody answers the phone, terrible administration, i want my money back. Ref #95011886 Account number IZEC77RQE6EAXXD
Literally stole my application money and when there was a problem with the application they stopped answering the phone and sending me to voicemail. They stopped answering emails too. Ms Williams is a scammer and needs to find another job. They WILL steal your money and cut off contact. TERRIBLE
