It's always a wonderful place to go. You would never run in to bad service or rude people, you feel like family there, warm and welcome.. If what you need is whole foods this is the stop to make, my favorite are the bins, though you can't help yourself, if you ask there will be someone willing to help you discover what works best for you... They also accept wic, and EBT for those who use it... I think that's pretty special, especially if people who need that kind of help have an opportunity to make healthy choices... So, I want to say, as far as the quality of their soup selection goes, Harmony Co-op is about as good as it gets. I've gone to the LakeWinds co-ops here in the cities, Whole Foods, etc., and have found it really hard to find a decent looking soup or chili. Harmony's selection typically has both substance and flavor. I miss the soups at Harmony in Bemidji. We were so excited to receive a gift card as a gift for becoming members! The staff is wonderful and the selection of products is great. Today we picked up a variety of Tofurkey products, some amazing brioche breads, pretzel rolls...and a delicious dip from the deli called Ambrosia. Holy cow, is that stuff good!!!! We also got a piece of GF zucchini fudge cake and a vegan peanut butter cup - and both were amazing!
This store makes my day every time I stop in.
