I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I came in expecting a builder gel fill, but instead of explaining what was going on with my nails, the technician simply said my builder gel was “gone” and that I needed a completely new set. She then almost applied acrylic without asking me or confirming I wanted to switch products—I had to stop her myself. The worst part, though, was how I was treated. After months of coming to this establishment- had a terrible experience. I was just here 3 days ago and paid for a full set and gel. My pinky nail was lifting and 2 other nails chipped. Pinky needed to be replaced and they wanted to charge me to repaint the chipped gel AND I pointed out 2 nails weren’t even the same length. Gel shouldn’t peel or chip that’s the point of getting gel. The younger guy insisted on charging me or wasn’t going to fix the paint which was visibly bad. I’m use to getting my nails done every 2-3 weeks... read more

New young girl was not confident in her work at all… made my experience so bad and felt like a waste of money. I know she’s new but should have had a lot more training before taking customers.

Terrible place, they only have maybe, maybe 2 or 3 technicians worth a damn. I have had services done before and it always get passed to multiple people instead of one tech doing fill and pedicure. When make an appointment with a good technician he is always running late, or does not show up to the appointment 20 mins.late. Today, I had a 9am appointment he showed up 20 minutes late did not even apologize and did not even apologize. Another tech is extremely rude. They will no longer get my business ever. !!
