Very cute place and nice people, but they definitely don’t listen. When I arrived I told them at least 10 times that I had to go back to work, so I said I would choose the lowest option they had because I was in a rush. I asked how long it would take so I could make it back to work on time. It honestly felt like they didn’t really hear me — the lady just smiled at me. Went in for a repair and refill/color change. Was sat down, guy handed me color pamplet(nails) and began to remove nail color. Stopped at two nails and said sorry but I have to take this person. Just sit here. Sat the other client next to me, proceeded to do her nails, all other techs were with clients. Another person walked in and asked for mani/pedi for her and two others that were on their way and were told they could be taken in. Meanwhile I'm still sitting there without further acknowledgement. Friendly place but some just don't understand. I told her please do not dig into my toes to clean them ( they hurt extremely due to a surgical procedure ) and yet she still tried to dig out/ clean it about 6 times after consistently repeating myself that it hurts and to just skip that toe............................ I understand it comes with the pedicure but when I say please don't dig or touch a specific toe, I expect it to be heard and not touched repeatedly over and over after expressing I do not want it touched.
