Doors are unlocked late hours of the night. I was able to walk the halls of this facility and no one inquired on my visit. It continuously smells like urine no matter when l present. The staff tries to go out of their way once acknowledging a visitors presence. The caregivers are very unprofessional, their language is offensive and show no concern in the visiting party at the facility. Profanity is used with and towards the patients.
