Horrible service. A few of your employees are disgusting and belong anywhere but working in hospitality. Dawn, the general manager, and a couple housekeeping staff to name a few. I have spent thousands of dollars at this hotel and over $1k this past month. Having a rough time experienced car trouble etc. your staff has made a rough time even worse!
