It takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch. Would not recommend this company at all, know of one very bad employee who should not be allowed to have a position were people are dependant on her.
My best friend who is 83 is being visited and cared for by this company. Angie is his angel, she takes very good care of him and he is so very appreciative of her visits. If you have a family member that needs some assistance in care, call this place.
They all sound like they are very nice people but they are hard to schedule with. The scheduler tells me one time, and the visiting nurse comes whenever they want to. It is always , hours before the scheduled time and my mother isn’t even awake. This time I told the nurse to wait while I get her up and they didn’t, they left. All this two hours before her scheduled appointment. Unprofessional.
