forcefully changed my appointment day before my set appoint (less than 24hrs) reasoning having open spots earlier. i did not approve of the change and stated I can not get my original appointment as there is no doctor in the clinic. the original appointment was set 6mos ago already. frustrating.

I am filing a claim against them with Medicaid, as they have still not reimbursed me for $128 I paid them up front on December 28, 2019 with the understanding that I would get my money back in 40 days at the latest. They claim that they released the money back to my bank account on February 24th. When I called on March 11th, I was treated somewhat rudely by Shelly, the office manager. She saud she would call the bank and I asked her to commit to calling back. She never did, and that was 10 days ago.

This team is exceptional! They make appointments for me and my son at the same time. They are caring, attentive, and very kind! Highly recommended by me!
