The newer management folks they send over here are rude! I thought the old were sour but holy heavens they dont hold a candle to the new ones.
HORRIBLE place to live. Those who have a bunch of children and DO NOT supervise them allow them to run and throw trash, shoot off bb guns and damage others property! Police have been called by serveral occupants and nothing has changed. Its mainly a few families that have kids on probation and just dont care. They are rude, disgusting,. make the entire complex unattractive and I know just from visiting my friend who moved over there I would move out and sue for harrassment! My mother lived in these apts. and what we noticed was that management was constantly placing notes on your door regarding dates that they were going to be entering your apt. The rent is pretty high considering these are senior apts. and they are very small
I love these apartments. I never had any problems with the manager or district manager here because they always listen to my needs. Some of residents try to run the management here and the staff dont allow it which ruffles some residents feathers around here. The inside of my apartment is small but the outside is beautiful. They let us have pets here to. We like the potlucks they have every month.
The district manager of these apartments is a nightmare.The needs of the elderly residents are not addressed. She has run off every good resident manager and does not care to return phone calls.
My mom used to live in these apartments when they were first built. Back then, they were senior citizens apartments. They are located behind Vons and, therefore, they are close to shopping.
I have Visited the property and I have friends who live thier, it has a Gym, Computer Room, and a pool, and thier rents are affordable, plus its located very close to the Tamarak School, and to the Hwy 33 which is the main Hwy very one uses to go to work at Paramount!
This business is run down and dirty. Maintenence is poor. The facility is new, however it is poorly kept. I would never live in a place like this. It would be unimaginable.
