Don't be fooled by the Shea hype that you are paying more money for the quality. They use the same contractors as every other builder. The quality of the homes is proof of that. Now in the home for 20 months. I've had to repair the sprinkler system that was clearly installed with holes in supply lines. Just spent $1400 replacing the cheap materials used for pressure valve and pressure relief valve on hot water heater.
