Quite possibly the WORST example of compassion and professionalism I have experienced. After spending $400 on blood tests and seeing the new vet, I didn't get a diagnosis or any clear indication of what was going on, and they couldn't be bothered to fax blood tests to the emergency clinic where they referred me. I called to ask questions and although they knew my bsby's situation was critical they didn't bother to return my calls. And I was not a first time client. We will NEVER go back here. Dr. Frank an his team are a godsend! I have never met a vet who was so loving and passionate about the health of my English Bully, Benjamin. He has had endless health issues and Dr. Frank had handled them all with compassion and consideration for not only Benjamin's health but my peace of mind. Also, as if they aren't already amazing, they are the most reasonably priced vet I have been to, offering multiple options for each issue.
