I wanted to wait until I'd been here a few times to review. I've now taken 3 of my animals to Dr. Frank and have nothing but praise. In the past even when I would find a good vet I would dread going in because they are usually very expensive and want to test everything and take a more expensive treatment path. Dr. Frank is talented at diagnostics and offers you all your options. He doesn't pressure you into expensive treatments and he isn't a know it all. Dr. Frank and his staff members are always very caring and loving to the animals and the humans. I live in the Des Moines Washington and I travel to Monroe for my pet care needs.
Best vet I've ever had! Caring and detail oriented. Spends lots of time explaining things. Never feel rushed or not understood. Saved my dogs life.
Awesome experience. We have a super-fearful dog, Eli, so vet visits are always a challenge. Probably a combo of the house setting as well as the staff. They were so gentle and patient with Eli like no vet has ever been with him.
