I'll probably write a longer review at some point, but I've grown so much as a person since discovering this amazing place. The counselors and therapists are some of the most understanding and caring people I've ever met. If you're looking for dialectical therapy or skills training, this is a wonderful place to go.
I have seen more therapist in my life than i could ever count. No one has taught me and supported me like harmons psychotherapy and counseling! Their DBT group has quite literally change my life. And the therapy has been everything i ever needed. Im very grateful i found them even on my worst days i have hope for my mental health. Ive never been able to say that. Thank you a million times i will forever and always recommend them to anyone and everyone.
Lynn is a great therapist. She’s compassionate and knowledgeable. She’s easy to connect with. She’s not messing around and will get you results. I’d highly recommend her!
I really enjoyed working directly with Joanna and in group with Delanie. Joanna’s approach to counseling has always been a favorite of mine. She’s non-judgmental, down-to-earth, and always provided a space to discuss whatever is bothering me, regardless of what it was. I saw progress under her counseling that I’ve never gotten anywhere else, and she worked with me at whatever pace I chose to get better at, which was at times fast.
