We have had several things from HarMar. The gentleman that we purchased them from, Kevin who is in Conroe Texas at The Scooter Store is the only reason that we keep going back. We have had issues because of the weight of my husband's chair but Kevin has backed the product a hundred percent. I have tried writing, and calling this company. Let me explain my problem. The company I bought my lifts from Great Amican Scooters in Conroe Texas has been great. The problem is Harman builds equipment that does not last. On 9/3/2014 I bought a Harmar AL 625 HD lift. It was installed and by May 2015 the thing was falling apart. Doesn't seem to understand the need to keep parts in stock for their products (stair lift). Will have someone contact you if you raise well, but that appears to go nowhere. While I appreciate the fact they had a tech call me...I did not need to talk to the tech, the technician from the local distributor did. More to the point, someone needed to make reasonable decision about shipping parts. It has been over a week now. So apparently Harmar is fine with their products not actually providing mobility.
