Just used my new Harmar lift carrier for the first time and it worked very well. It holds my Golden Patriot very securely and it is a very heavy mobility scooter.
I’ve worked at a lot of places in my career and I can truly say that Harmar “does the right thing”. I’ve personally seen them lose money to help a person in need. I’m a proud employee.
They have horrible management! They really love to screw their customers and treat their employees like they are absolute nothing!
My seat has never felt secure on my stair lift. I feel like I will slip right out and fall down the stairs. In fact I have almost fallen out on many occasions.
Now that we are certified we are ready to repair, install and troubleshoot stair and car lifts. Thanks Harmar for the wonderful training you provided.
Great place to work. If you want to move up the ladder fast and develop new skills through on-the-job training, than you can call Harmar home. I am a great example, I’ve learned more in 6 months than I have ever learn anywhere I have worked in my life.

I was sent to Los Angeles and Reno, in the interest of promoting the Harmar distribution chain. I held onto my loyalty to the Williams family, and they treated me well. I don’t know who is in charge now. I loved working for the W... read more
I just wanted to say that we had a bad experience with our Harmar Vertical Platform Lift, and the problems dragged on for years. As a result, I previously left a bad review. HOWEVER, I had never been able to speak with Harmar reps, directly. I honestly don’t know anymore if the installers installed it incorrectly (NOT from Harmar), if the equipment was faulty, if the mechanics (also NOT from Harmar) made errors, or if it was some combination of those things. What I do know is that, once I contacted Harmar staff, and they bec... read more
