I called Harlow plumbing as it was recommended to fix my toilet that is not flushing. They found a collapsing pipe and said that it was would resolve the toilet issue. After changing the price two times, $1,000.00 later, the toilet was not fixed. I was told for another $185.00 they could fix my toilet by taking the toilet off and sticking their hand down the pipe to see if there was something lodged in the pipe.
