Great experience, Dr. Rowe and staff made me feel welcomed. Visit was quick and thorough. I did not have to waist half a day like I did with my last optometrist.
Dr. Rowe and his staff were professional and friendly. My appointment time was adhered to and When I ordered my glasses they were there in in 3 days at an excellent price.
Dr. Rowe was great and the staff very helpful. I don't feel like the wait was too long. Dr. Rowe explained everything to me so i could understand.
I made an appointment and the girl confirmed my insurance covers my visit since I was referred by my diabetes doctor. She called insurance company to confirm. I had to rescheduled the appointment because of an emergency and it was ok with them. I was told that if I missed another appointment, I wouldn't be able to get another. Now, two days later I received a called that the insurance doesn't cover my visit and I had to get a new referral since the other one is no longer valid. Girl was rude.
