Prompt and efficient service. Only problem was the email I received in error that I had cancelled the job which at the time caused considerable angst.
Whilst they were a little outside the time slot to have a look at the job Jacob was very pleasant and showed me the problem with the toilet. It was replaced in a matter of time 15 minutes.
Very pleased with day’s service. Workman arrived within the appointed time and finished fixing the leaking pipe in well under the estimated time. Polite and helpful plumber!
