Within minutes of walking through the door, Jackson was there and asking how he could help. Took us upstairs to the used bikes that I was interested in, but I didn't ask for a specific bike. The 1 I came to look at I never saw.(It was stored elsewhere). I didn't get past the Fatboy. Barry and Jackson were fantastic to deal with. Even at closing time on a Saturday afternoon. First time visiting the dealership and Barry (sales manager) gave my buddy and I a full tour. I am new to HD and he provided an awesome education on all things Harley. I was considering another bike brand but after the experience at HD Winnipeg, it wasn't even a thought to look elsewhere. I would 100% recommend each member of the team. I worked with Tina (sales), Trevor (sales), & Daniel (finance) and all of them were fantastic. I'm a full HD convert now.
Trevor was awesome to deal with. It took about a year to close me on the bike I wanted. He was patient and continued to give me all the info I asked for. He went above and beyond. Everyone there was very friendly and made me feel really welcome.
From our first phone call to the day I left with my bike. I can't express how professional everyone was. Thanks again so much to everyone involved.
