This dealer has been the best ever and I have been to a lot of them
I have to give a great review to the service department! Wayne called me to schedule a time for a recall on my bike, I haven't had time to take it to them, so he had a technician come to my house. LoJack came to my house last night and repaired the recall on my clutch in my garage after hours. That's the best customer service that you can ask for. Thanks to Wayne and LoJack for getting this done for me!
Under no circumstances should anyone ever do business with this dealer. They are thieves and liars and have no ethics or honor. There are much better dealers that actually care about their customers within a short drive from this one. Find those dealers and give them your business. Sad that this dealer only cares about how much money they can steal from their customers. I unfortunately was too stupid to realize what had happened before hand, do not make my mistake. If it would let me rate negative stars I would.

We are from a little town called Bouctouche New Brunswick in Canada traveling with a Bus Tour. We arrived there just a little bit before closing time and the Staff made us feel at home and told us to take our time and look around even tho it was closing time. They even gave us a ride back to the motel so we wouldn't have to walk. Got some awsome Shirts and an Awsome Store as well .... !!! Thank you to the Staff @ Thunder Tower West !!! Big shoutout to Ashley and the incredible staff at Thunder Tower! I feel like family whenever I visit the dealership! Mr Gene is so down to earth, and super cool; Sean too! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I was disappointed cuz they didn't have dealer stickers for trailers or truck but we did get a poker chip n a shirt hopefully they start carrying them
