Overall, they were good host. My only comment for improvement would be, if they host again, have more sale items. We visited other shops while we were there in GA, and the other shops had the exact same items on sale. Also HD shirts with black people are very hard to find. This was a black event. People would have been willing to pay full price for shirts with people of color on them! Those would have sold out. Pleased have those on deck next time.

Thunder Tower West Harley Davidson is the best when it comes to customer service! Love that place!
Service Dept did what they were supposed to do and in the time they said it would take. Bike returned to me cleaned, tight and undamaged. That's more than I can say for two previous service departments at other locations, servicing previous bike.
