I live in Midland but always take my Ultra CVO to Robert to have my work done. I appreciate how they appreciate my business and always treat me so well. The latest example of this happened this week. I had made an appointment to have a maintenance cycle done on Saturday and as it turned out the temp that morning was 31 - I texted Robert Friday night to see if I could move my appointment to later in the day, after it warmed up a bit.
